Business Account Terms

Application and approval

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Neopak may verify business information, request supporting documents and assign an account status or pricing tier.

Pricing

Business pricing is assigned to the approved account and may depend on product, quantity, purchasing history, supplier cost, account tier and agreed commercial terms.

Pricing shown while signed in applies only to the approved account and must not be shared or represented as a public offer.

Orders

Business orders are submitted to Neopak for review and fulfilment. An order number confirms receipt, but supply remains subject to stock, credit status, account status and acceptance.

Account responsibility

The business is responsible for maintaining authorised users, protecting login credentials and notifying Neopak of unauthorised access or changes to business details.

Suspension or closure

Neopak may suspend ordering, pricing access or credit facilities where an account is overdue, inactive, under review or used contrary to agreed terms.
